Frequently asked questions

What happens if it rains on our event day?
Weather is the one thing nobody controls, so we'd rather agree a plan in advance than improvise on the day. We'll walk you through the options (reschedule, relocate under cover, or substitute an indoor item) when you book.
What kind of surface do you need to set up on?
Grass, asphalt and concrete are all workable, but the anchoring method changes with the surface: grass allows stakes, while hard surfaces need weights. Tell us the surface and whether there's anything underground (sprinklers, utilities) and we'll bring the right equipment.
Does 40′ Pop Up Drive-In Movie Theatre need to be supervised while guests are using it?
Yes. Inflatables and outdoor play equipment should always be actively supervised. We can provide a trained attendant to manage the rules, rotation and safety for the whole event, or brief your own staff if you'd prefer to run it yourselves.
Can it be set up indoors?
Some of our outdoor items work indoors when the space allows: the deciding factor is usually ceiling height and access. Send us your venue details and we'll confirm.
How much clear space do we need around it?
More than the item itself. You need safe clearance on all sides plus room for guests to queue and exit, and clearance overhead for anything with height. The footprint is listed on this page; tell us the space you're working with and we'll confirm it fits safely.
