- 01Minimum order
- Full-service bookings start at $1,500 + HST. Final pricing scales with your guest count and the services you choose.
- 02Delivery, setup & strike
- We deliver, set up and take everything away again. Delivery is quoted by distance: Toronto and the GTA, the Golden Horseshoe, and Canada-wide when needed.
- 03Staffing
- Games attendants, casino dealers, game-show hosts, bartenders and performers can be added to any booking, as a paid add-on quoted with your package.
- 04Insurance
- We carry a $5,000,000 liability policy and provide certificates of insurance to your venue or building at no cost.
- 05Custom branding
- Our in-house design and print team can add your logo, colours or a full wrap to photo booths, backdrops, casino felts and many of our games. Custom branding is a separate service and carries an additional fee, quoted per item.
- 06One supplier

A fundraiser has a number the night has to reach, not just a good time to deliver. The entertainment at a fundraiser has two jobs the entertainment at a party does not: it has to keep people in the room long enough to give, and it has to create moments where giving is easy to ask for.
A charity casino night
A casino night fundraiser is the format that does both. Guests buy in for chips, play authentic blackjack, roulette and poker tables with professional dealers, and cash out at the end for prize draw entries. It creates a natural second ask after the ticket, it runs for hours without a schedule, and it keeps people at tables rather than drifting to the bar.
Casino Rentals felts, chips and signage can all carry a sponsor's branding, and a single table sponsor will often cover the cost of the table.
Fundraising event ideas beyond the auction
A prize wheel with a small entry fee is the simplest incremental revenue we know of. It runs all night, needs one volunteer and no explanation. A fundraiser photo booth in Toronto with sponsored prints puts a logo in every guest's hand and gives the silent auction table something to queue beside. Game Show Rentals turn a room of tables into competing teams, which works well before an ask.

Sponsor branding
Our in-house design and print team can put a sponsor's logo on casino felts, prize wheels, photo booth prints, backdrops and signage. Selling those placements is usually the fastest way to make the entertainment budget net-neutral.
Galas and community events
For a formal gala, Event Decoration (uplighting, backdrops, a step-and-repeat with sponsor logos) does more for the photographs than anything else, and cold sparklers make an entrance for an honouree.

Can you run it so our volunteers do not have to?
Yes, dealers, attendants and hosts are available so your team can work the room. Staffing is a paid add-on quoted with the package.
