- 01Minimum order
- Full-service bookings start at $1,500 + HST. Final pricing scales with your guest count and the services you choose.
- 02Delivery, setup & strike
- We deliver, set up and take everything away again. Delivery is quoted by distance: Toronto and the GTA, the Golden Horseshoe, and Canada-wide when needed.
- 03Staffing
- Games attendants, casino dealers, game-show hosts, bartenders and performers can be added to any booking, as a paid add-on quoted with your package.
- 04Insurance
- We carry a $5,000,000 liability policy and provide certificates of insurance to your venue or building at no cost.
- 05Custom branding
- Our in-house design and print team can add your logo, colours or a full wrap to photo booths, backdrops, casino felts and many of our games. Custom branding is a separate service and carries an additional fee, quoted per item.
- 06One supplier
- 500+ rentals and services across 18 categories, so the games, décor, AV, staff and talent all arrive from one team on one invoice.

Campus events run on volume and volunteers. Abbey Road Entertainment supplies university event rentals across Toronto and Ontario: Outdoor and Inflatable Rentals, Giant Game Rentals, Arcade Game Rentals, Carnival and Midway Rentals, Photo Booth Rentals and Sports Game Rentalsfor frosh week, student orientation, charity weeks, residence events and end-of-term celebrations.

A campus event has a different shape to a corporate one: far more people, far less money per head, and a run time measured in days rather than hours. Everything below is chosen to survive that.
Frosh week and student orientation
Frosh week activities in Toronto and across Ontario need to be high-throughput and low-supervision. That a queue of a thousand students can move through. Inflatable obstacle courses, giant lawn games, carnival booths with prizes and a photo activation with instant sharing all do that. Nothing that needs a briefing and nothing with a long single-player turn.
Student orientation games rental usually means arcade cabinets on free play and giant games: the ones that make strangers talk to each other, which is the actual point of the week.
Campus event entertainment in Ontario, across the year
Charity weeks work well with a dunk tank, a prize wheel or a carnival midway with tickets. Residence and end-of-term events suit arcade takeovers, karaoke, virtual reality and LED games. Athletics and spirit events want Sports Game Rentals and inflatable challenges.
Outdoors, quads and gyms
Most campus events are outdoors on a quad or indoors in a gym, and both bring the same two questions: where can a vehicle get to, and where is the power. Giant games, carnival booths and lawn games need no power at all; inflatables and carts do, and we can bring a generator.
Budgets and student unions
We know student union budgets are set a year ahead and are not flexible. Tell us the number and the footfall you expect and we will build to it rather than quote past it. It is usually better to have three stations that are always busy than six that are half-used.

Yes, most of our campus work comes through student unions, orientation committees and campus life offices, and we are used to purchase orders, insurance requirements and campus vehicle permits.
How far do you travel for campus events?
Across Toronto and the GTA and throughout Ontario. Delivery is quoted by distance and the minimum booking size increases the further we go.
