TV & Film Sets & Props, Toronto & the GTA
You’re in the right place.
We’ve put together a page just for events like yours, full of ideas, inspiration and the rentals that make them unforgettable. Take a look.
Everything below is something we own, deliver and set up ourselves, for tv & film sets & props across Toronto and the GTA, and beyond.
However you like to work
Two ways to get a quote
Some people want to see every option first. Others would rather hand it over. Both routes end in the same place, a written quote for your tv & film sets & props, with no obligation.
Route one: browse
You pick, we price it
Best if you already have a sense of what you want, or you just enjoy looking. Everything we own is on the site with photos, detail and sizes.
- Shortlist anything you like as you go
- Send the list over when you’re ready
- We price it and confirm what’s free on your date
Route two: we plan it
You brief us, we propose
Best if you’d rather not start from a blank page. Tell us the basics and an event specialist builds the recommendation around them.
- Budget, date, venue and the theme you’re after
- We come back with a plan built for your space and crowd
- Change anything you like before you commit
Before you ask
Good to know

What Abbey Road brings to your tv & film sets & props
The experience
- Credits include Suits, Flashpoint, Nikita, Big Brother Canada, Dragon’s Den, Rogue and Heroes Reborn, plus commercials for the OLG and KFC and multiple music videos.
- Authentic casino tables with dealers, cashiers and casino consultants available, so the play on camera is accurate.
- Custom felts, floor vinyl and game wraps printed in house to match your set. We can print just about anything you need.
- We work to shoot schedules and locations, however awkward, and if we don’t have the piece, we can source it.
The equipment
We own what we rent. Over 500 rentals and services across 18 categories live in our own warehouse, which is why one phone call covers the games, the décor, the AV, the staff and the talent, and why we can tell you on the spot what is available for your date. For a tv & film sets & props, these are the categories we pull from most:
How it works
From first call to final pack-out
Tell us about your event
Date, venue, headcount and what you want guests to walk away with. A quick call or the quote form is enough to start.
We build the plan
An event specialist recommends a mix that suits the space, the crowd and the budget, then sends you a written quote.
We deliver and set up
Our own crew brings everything in, installs it and tests it before your doors open.
We run it, then strike it
Attendants, dealers and hosts on request. When it’s over, we pack it all out.
Pathway 02: have us plan it
Tell us four things and we’ll design your tv & film sets & props for you
You don’t have to browse 500 rentals or build your own quote to get started. Send us your budget, your venue, your guest count and the kind of event you’re picturing, and one of our event specialists will come back with a recommended plan built around all four, with pricing.
It is the fastest way to get a real answer, and there is no obligation. Prefer to pick everything yourself? The full collection is always there to browse.

Reviews
What our clients say
We have used Abbey Road Entertainment a few times already. The quality of the equipment and staff are above reproach. The thing that sets them apart from the other companies are the small details that are often overlooked: the quality of the chips and tables, the level of professionalism of the dealers, the velvet ropes, etc. The ease that they have catered to our request and offering the most bang for our buck is refreshing. They take care of everything and are willing to adapt. The only thing I needed to worry about was providing a space and then having a good time.
We rented out high quality decor from Abbey Road, and couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!
I have used Abbey Road Entertainment for the past 2 years and both times have been extremely happy with their services. Their customer service is the best. If you want the best customer service/ best quality of equipment and very friendly staff, I highly recommend this company for any event that you are planning.
Great service, were easily able to accommodate schedule changes. Great team with professional attitudes. Thank You!

Productions run on reliability. Abbey Road Entertainment has supplied prop rentals in Toronto for film, TV, commercial and photo shoots since 2008, with an inventory of arcade machines, casino tables, carnival pieces, games, event décor and signage available for set dressing and prop rental. Credits include Suits, Flashpoint, Nikita, Big Brother Canada, Dragon's Den, Rogue and Heroes Reborn, plus commercials for the OLG and KFC.
We are a working prop house rather than a broker: we own the inventory, we deliver and strike on your schedule including nights and weekends, and our in-house design and print team can brand, redress or customise a piece to match your creative. Short-term, shoot-day and long-term hold rates are all available.

What prop houses in Toronto should actually do
Most prop houses in Toronto broker stock they do not hold. A prop house should do three things: answer the phone, know what is on the shelf, and get it to set when the call sheet says. We hold the stock ourselves, so when you ask whether we have a working 1980s upright cabinet the answer comes back the same day rather than after three phone calls. If we do not have it, we will usually source it.
What we carry
Arcade Game Rentalsoriginal and reproduction cabinets, pinball, air hockey, claw machines, jukeboxes. Casino Rentals: authentic blackjack, roulette, craps and poker tables, chips, shoes and signage, plus dealers, cashiers and casino consultants when a scene needs to look right to someone who knows the game. Carnival and Midway Rentals: booths, high strikers, ring toss, ticket stands and midway signage. Giant Game Rentals, LED Game Rentals, Event Decoration, backdrops, red carpet and step-and-repeat.
One thing we do not carry: furniture. We are not a furniture prop house: no sofas, dining sets, desks or period furnishings. If your set dressing list is mostly furniture, a dedicated furniture prop house is the right call, and we are happy to work alongside one.
Movie prop rentals, hold days and location moves
Rental terms are built around production, not events. We quote shoot days, hold days and long-term rentals, and we can work around a location move rather than treating it as a second booking. Delivery and strike happen on your schedule, including overnight, and our crew is used to load-in through a working set.
Customising and branding a piece
Our in-house design and print team can wrap, re-skin or relabel almost anything we own, a fictional brand on a cabinet, a period marquee on a carnival booth, a logo on a casino felt. That is usually faster and cheaper than sourcing something that already looks the way you need it.
Do you work with set decorators and prop masters directly?
Yes, most of our production work comes from set decorators, prop masters and art department coordinators, and we quote against a list rather than a conversation. Send the breakdown and we will mark what we hold.
How quickly can you turn a request around?
Same day for availability, and we regularly deliver within 24 hours where the stock is on the shelf. Tell us the shoot date and the location and we will be honest about what is realistic.
Let’s plan your tv & film sets & props
Tell us what you’re imagining for your tv & film sets & props and we’ll handle the rest, delivered, set up, staffed and struck.
