Trade Show Booth Rentals That Stop The Aisle
Branded Prize Wheels
A prize wheel is the fastest thing to set up on a show floor and the easiest thing in the world to explain: walk up, spin, win something. Our 60″ Prize Wheel and Promo Wheel both take a full wrap in your identity, so every spin puts your logo in front of the aisle. Nobody needs instructions, which means your team stays free to talk.
Giant Games & Plinko
Scale is what gets noticed from three aisles away. Giant Plinko drops a puck through a branded board for a prize, and the Giant Operation Game turns a familiar game into something people queue for. Both play in under a minute, both wrap in your campaign, and both fill a 10×10 without crowding the aisle.
Money Machines
Nothing draws a crowd like cash swirling in a chamber, and the crowd is the point: people stop because other people have stopped. Load the Premium Money Machine with cash, vouchers or coupons and give visitors thirty seconds to grab what they can. The Portable Money Machine and One Arm Grabber do the same in a smaller footprint.
Custom Branding
Everything on this page can carry your campaign. Our in-house design and print team wraps wheels, cabinets, backdrops, game faces and photo booths in your identity, so visitors handle your brand instead of watching it. Custom branding is quoted per item and needs two to four weeks for print and application. Tell us early if the show date is close.
Carnival & Skill Games
Give people a score and they come back on day two to beat it. High Striker, Extreme Shot Basketball and Basketball Net all run a leaderboard, which turns a one-visit booth into a return visit and gives your team a reason to follow up.
Photo Activations & Lead Capture
The attraction gets them into the booth; something has to get their details before they leave. A green screen booth or our trade show photo services capture an email at the moment someone is enjoying themselves rather than at a clipboard, and every print leaves with your branding on it. The Photo Mosaic Wall builds one large image from every guest photo as the show goes on.
Trusted by Toronto’s biggest events
Abbey Road provided us with a money blowing machine which was a HUGE hit. It really drew a crowd for our event. The staff has been great to work with as well - very friendly and made the event stress free.
The crane game was a hit at our event and attracted a ton of attention. The delivery and set up was efficient with Jackson as well as the pick up at the end of the conference. Would definitely use Abbey Road again for future game rentals!
Abbey Road Entertainment replied quickly to my enquiries via email with images and a fast quote for an event in under 2 weeks. We had ordered a popcorn stand/attendant for a staff event and it was a huge hit! attendant was professional and pre-popped popcorn into bags for the 300+ people in attendance, we even had leftovers for staff at Roy Thompson Hall. Would Highly recommend, easy to communicate with, prompt courteous replies, arrived on time and delivered great service.
We have partnered with Abbey Road on many events and I would highly recommend them! Excellent customer service and fast response times. I never have to worry on event day as they take care of everything we ordered.
You’ve Got The Booth. We Fill It.
Trade Show Booth
You have paid for the space, the build and the flights. Now you need a reason for people to stop walking. That is the whole of what we do: interactive attractions that interrupt the aisle, hold someone long enough for a real conversation, and leave your brand behind afterwards. Our most-booked trade show booth rentals are the Premium Money Machine, where visitors grab at swirling cash, vouchers or coupons against the clock, and the Arcade Crane Game, stocked with whatever you want them to win. Both draw a crowd, and the crowd is itself the attraction.
Conference & Expo
On a conference floor the competition is not the other exhibitors, it is the coffee queue and the phone in their hand. A 60″ Prize Wheel wrapped in your identity is the fastest thing to set up and the easiest to explain, which is exactly why it works in a corridor. For a bigger footprint, Extreme Shot Basketball and the High Striker come with a leaderboard, so people come back on day two to beat their own score.
Product Launch & Brand Activation
A launch needs the room to remember one thing, and people remember what they touch. Our in-house design and print team wraps games, wheels, cabinets and photo activations in your campaign, so guests handle the brand rather than watch it. Popular activation picks are Giant Plinko, the LED Arcade Claw Machine loaded with product samples, and the Green Screen Photography booth, which drops visitors into any environment you want associated with you.
Corporate Event
The same attractions that stop a trade show aisle work just as well at a company event, and for the same reason: they are short, obvious and competitive. Promotional game rentals suit a conference reception, a client night or a team day, where you want something people can start and stop in two minutes. Try the Giant Operation Game, the Crown & Anchor Wheel, or Electronic Basketball for a leaderboard everybody can see.
Customer Appreciation
When the point of the night is to say thank you, a giveaway lands better than a speech. The Portable Money Machine and the One Arm Grabber turn a gift card into an event, and a Promo Wheel means everyone walks away with something. Add a Red Carpet Entranceway and a Step and Repeat and your guests arrive feeling like the event was built for them.
Fundraiser
A fundraiser has a number the night has to reach, so the entertainment has to create moments where asking is easy. A prize wheel with a small entry fee runs all evening, needs one volunteer and no explanation. A Photo Mosaic Wall builds one large image out of every guest photo as the night goes on, and every print can carry a sponsor’s logo, which is usually the fastest way to make the entertainment budget net-neutral before the doors even open.
Trade Show Traffic Builders and Booth Game Rentals in Toronto
Aisles of people walk past your booth who have no reason to stop at it yet. Everything on this page exists to give them one. Abbey Road Entertainment has supplied trade show rentals across Toronto and the GTA since 2008: branded games, prize wheels, money machines, claw machines and photo activations that draw a crowd, hold attention long enough for your team to start a conversation, and send the visitor away with your brand in their hand.
Do you supply the booth itself? No, and that is worth saying plainly, because it saves everyone a phone call. We do not build booth structures, walls, hanging signs, display systems or flooring. If you are still sourcing those, a booth builder or exhibit house is the right call, and we work alongside them constantly. What we supply is what goes inside the booth once it is built. You have the space. We fill it.
What actually stops someone in an aisle? In our experience, three things, in this order. A crowd: people stop because other people have stopped, which is why a money machine or a crane game outperforms almost anything else. A prize they can see, a prize wheel or a promo wheel is instant, obvious and social. And a score they can beat,Extreme Shot Basketball, the High Striker and Basketball Net all bring people back on the second day to try again.
How many attractions fit in a booth? The rule we use is about one per ten feet of frontage. More than that and the aisle jams, which the show will ask you to fix; fewer and the booth reads as a table with a banner behind it. A 10×10 takes one compact piece, a claw machine, a prize wheel or a magazine cover photo propand a 20×20 comfortably takes two with room for people to gather. Send us your booth dimensions and the floor plan and we will tell you what fits before you book it.
Capturing the lead is half the job. The attraction gets them into the booth; something has to get their details before they leave. A photo activation with an email or text send captures a contact at the moment they are enjoying themselves rather than at a clipboard, and a prize draw entry does the same. Our trade show photo services and photo mosaic wall are both built for this, and we can put brand ambassadors on the booth so your own team stays free to sell.
Which shows and venues do you work? The Metro Toronto Convention Centre and the Enercare Centre most often, plus hotel ballrooms and regional shows across Ontario. Marshalling yards, move-in windows, shared loading docks and the paperwork that comes with them are routine for us. Setup the day before your rental dates is usually possible. Ask, because it depends on the show.
What does it cost, and can it be branded? Our minimum order is $1,500 + HST, and pricing depends on which attractions you choose, how many show days you need and whether you want it staffed. Custom branding is a separate service quoted per item, and it needs two to four weeks for print and wraps, so if the show is close, tell us now and we will say honestly what is achievable.
Why exhibitors book us. We own every piece we rent, so availability answers come back the same day rather than after three phone calls. We deliver, install, staff and strike. And we have been doing over 1,200 events a year since 2008, for companies including CIBC Mellon, Ford, Deloitte and Zayo. It is common for clients to tell us afterwards that theirs was the busiest booth of the whole show.
Promotional & Trade Show Rentals FAQs
Who rents trade show games and attractions in Toronto?+
Abbey Road Entertainment rents trade show traffic builders in Toronto and across the GTA, including Mississauga, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and Brampton, including branded prize wheels, arcade games, photo booths, Plinko and interactive games that draw visitors to your booth. Most can be custom branded with your logo and staffed by our team.
Do you rent trade show booths, displays or exhibit structures?+
No. We do not build booth structures, walls, hanging signs, display systems or flooring, a booth builder or exhibit house handles those, and we work alongside them constantly. We supply what goes inside the booth: interactive games, prize wheels, money machines, claw machines and photo activations that draw the crowd once your booth is up.
What can I rent to draw traffic to my trade show booth?+
The three that work hardest are a money machine, where visitors grab at swirling cash or vouchers against the clock; an arcade crane game stocked with whatever you want them to win; and a branded prize wheel, which is instant, obvious and needs no explanation. For a bigger footprint, Extreme Shot Basketball and the High Striker come with a leaderboard so people return on day two.
How many attractions will fit in my booth?+
About one per ten feet of frontage. A 10×10 takes one compact piece; a 20×20 comfortably takes two with room for people to gather. More than that and the aisle jams, which the show will ask you to fix. Send us your booth dimensions and floor plan and we will lay it out before you book.
Can everything be branded with our logo and campaign?+
Yes, our in-house design and print team wraps games, prize wheels, cabinets, backdrops and photo booths in your identity. Custom branding is a separate service quoted per item, and it needs two to four weeks for print and application, so tell us early if the show date is close.
Can the attraction capture leads?+
Yes, and it should. A photo activation with an email or text send captures a contact while the visitor is enjoying themselves rather than at a clipboard, and a prize draw entry does the same. We can build the capture into the activity so your team stays free to sell, and brand ambassadors can run the booth for you.
Which Toronto venues and shows do you work at?+
The Metro Toronto Convention Centre and the Enercare Centre most often, plus hotel ballrooms and regional shows across Ontario. Marshalling yards, move-in windows, shared loading docks and the venue paperwork are all routine for us.
Setup for our booth is the day before our rental dates. Can you work with that?+
Usually yes, it depends on the show's move-in schedule. Speak to one of our event specialists so we can confirm the window and let you know whether any additional fee applies.
Do I need to be at the booth when you deliver?+
We strongly recommend it. We use the delivery to confirm placement inside the booth, test everything, and walk you through operating each item. If you have booked an attendant, we take care of all of it and you do not need to be there.
Will your staff wear our branded clothing in our booth?+
Yes, as long as the clothing is professional and appropriate. We will confirm sizes in advance and your team can hand it over on arrival.
What does a trade show rental cost, and is there a minimum?+
Our minimum order is $1,500 + HST. Final pricing depends on which attractions you choose, how many show days you need, whether you want custom branding, and whether you want it staffed. Tell us the show, the booth size and the number of days and we will quote against it.
Are you insured, and can you provide a certificate?+
Yes. We carry a $5,000,000 liability policy and issue certificates of insurance to the show organiser or venue at no charge: exhibitor packages almost always require one, and we handle it for you.
