- Full-service bookings start at $1,500 + HST. Final pricing scales with your guest count and the services you choose.
- 02Delivery, setup & strike
- We deliver, set up and take everything away again. Delivery is quoted by distance: Toronto and the GTA, the Golden Horseshoe, and Canada-wide when needed.
- 03Staffing
- Games attendants, casino dealers, game-show hosts, bartenders and performers can be added to any booking, as a paid add-on quoted with your package.
- 04Insurance
- We carry a $5,000,000 liability policy and provide certificates of insurance to your venue or building at no cost.
- 05Custom branding
- Our in-house design and print team can add your logo, colours or a full wrap to photo booths, backdrops, casino felts and many of our games. Custom branding is a separate service and carries an additional fee, quoted per item.
- 06One supplier

A corporate picnic is the one company event where staff bring their families, which means it has to work for a six-year-old, a twenty-six-year-old and a grandparent at the same time. Abbey Road Entertainment has supplied corporate picnic events across Toronto and the GTA since 2008: Outdoor and Inflatable Rentals, Giant Game Rentals, Sports Game Rentals, Carnival and Midway Rentals, Cart Rentals and Performer and Talent Rentals.
Everything is built for an open site. Most of it needs no power at all, our crew handles the vehicle access and the ground conditions, and attendants can run the stations so nobody from your team spends the day refereeing. We are not a caterer and not a park. We bring the activities to whichever site you have booked.

The failure mode of a company picnic is a field with food on one side and nothing on the other. Kids need something to do so their parents can actually talk to each other, and the adults need a reason to stay past lunch.
Company picnic games that suit every age at once
Giant Game Rentals (giant Jenga, connect four, cornhole, bocce, croquet, ladder toss) are the backbone of a corporate picnic. They need no power, they survive being left out all day, and a grandparent and a nine-year-old can play the same round.
Carnival and Midway Rentals add the fairground layer: ring toss, high striker, duck pond, skee-ball and prize booths, with tickets or a passport so families move around the site. Sports Game Rentals suit the competitive half of the company: bubble hockey, ping pong, basketball and inflatable sports challenges.
Fun activities for company picnics with children
Outdoor and Inflatable Rentals are what the children remember: bouncy castles, obstacle courses, slides and interactive inflatables. A dunk tank with a willing manager in it is the single most photographed thing at any company picnic we have supplied.
Cart Rentals (ice cream, popcorn, cotton candy, snow cones) do double duty as an activity and a refreshment, and they keep a queue moving in the heat.
Corporate picnic events on a site with no power and no shade
Most parks give you grass, a permit and nothing else. Tell us the site and we will tell you what can run without power, what needs a generator, whether the ground will take a stake or needs weights, and how close a vehicle can get to the setup point. That last one decides more than anything else about what is possible.
Company family day and summer party
A corporate family day is the same event with a different name and usually a longer run time. Roaming Performer and Talent Rentals (face painters, balloon artists, caricaturists, magicians) cover the gaps between the main activities and work well when families arrive at different times.
Do you supply the food, tents or tables?
No. We supply the activities and the fun food carts. Catering, marquees, tables and chairs come from other suppliers, and we work alongside them all the time.
What happens if it rains?
We will talk it through with you in advance. Some pieces move indoors, some do not, and inflatables cannot run in high wind. Agreeing the wet-weather plan when you book is far easier than deciding it at eight in the morning.
