- 01Minimum order
- Full-service bookings start at $1,500 + HST. Final pricing scales with your guest count and the services you choose.
- 02Delivery, setup & strike
- We deliver, set up and take everything away again. Delivery is quoted by distance: Toronto and the GTA, the Golden Horseshoe, and Canada-wide when needed.
- 03Staffing
- Games attendants, casino dealers, game-show hosts, bartenders and performers can be added to any booking, as a paid add-on quoted with your package.
- 04Insurance
- We carry a $5,000,000 liability policy and provide certificates of insurance to your venue or building at no cost.
- 05Custom branding
- Our in-house design and print team can add your logo, colours or a full wrap to photo booths, backdrops, casino felts and many of our games. Custom branding is a separate service and carries an additional fee, quoted per item.
- 06One supplier
- 500+ rentals and services across 18 categories, so the games, décor, AV, staff and talent all arrive from one team on one invoice.

Good team building is not a trust fall. It is a reason for people who sit on different floors to end up on the same team for an hour. Everything below is built around participation (a scoreboard, a passport, a host keeping it moving) so the quiet people join in because the activity carries them, not because someone made them.
Team building activities in Toronto, the formats that work
A hosted game show is the most reliable team building activity we run. Teams compete, a professional MC keeps the pace up, and the questions can be written around your own company. The Challenge and Fabulous Feud both scale from 20 people to several hundred.
A games passport is the second format: we set up six to ten stations: Giant Game Rentals, Sports Game Rentals, Carnival and Midway Rentals, LED Game Rentalssplit the room into teams, and our attendants stamp each team through. It runs itself, it works indoors or outdoors, and nobody has to perform.
A corporate paint night is the third, and it is the one that wins over the people who fold their arms. A professional artist walks everyone through one painting, everyone leaves with something they made, and it needs nothing but tables.
Team bonding activities for a group that does not want to do team building
Team bonding activities in Toronto get a bad name because so many of them ask people to perform. Ours do not: the activity carries the quiet people rather than exposing them.
Every company has them. The trick is to make the activity the point and the bonding a side effect. Sports Game Rentals (Super Chexx bubble hockey, pool tables, ping pong, basketball) do this better than anything, because playing a game with someone is not an exercise, it is just a game. The same is true of Arcade Game Rentals on free play.
Indoor, outdoor, on-site or off-site
Tabletop and carnival games work in a boardroom or a lunchroom. Giant games, inflatables and sports rentals want an open floor or a field. For an off-site we travel across the Golden Horseshoe and throughout Ontario, and for an outdoor team building day we bring everything self-contained where power is short.
How long should a team building event run?
Ninety minutes to two hours is the sweet spot for a hosted format, and two to three hours for a passport-style setup where people move at their own pace. Longer than that and attention drops regardless of how good the activity is.
Can it be tailored to what we are actually trying to fix?
Yes, within reason. Tell us whether the goal is two merged departments getting to know each other, a new cohort of hires, or simply a reward day, and we will change the format. We are not organisational psychologists and we will not sell you an outcome. We run activities that make people talk to each other.
