Do the games need coins, or can guests just walk up and play?
Every arcade machine we deliver is set to free play: no coins, no tokens, no change to hand out. Guests walk up, press start and play as many rounds as they like all night.
Do you deliver, set up and test Walk the Plank VR before the event starts?
Yes. Our crew delivers, positions and fully tests every machine before we leave, so it's powered up, playable and ready before your first guest arrives. We come back at the end of the event to take it all down.
Can Walk the Plank VR be used outdoors?
Arcade cabinets are electronic and are intended for indoor use or a fully covered, dry, level outdoor space such as a tent or covered patio. They can't be exposed to rain, direct sun or damp ground. Let us know your setup location and we'll confirm what will work.
Will Walk the Plank VR fit through our doors and into the venue?
Usually yes, but access is the one thing worth checking early. The dimensions are listed on this page; what matters just as much is doorway width, elevators, stairs and loading access at your venue. Send us those details with your quote request and we'll flag any issue before the day.
Can we brand the machine with our logo or artwork?
Yes, arcade cabinets are one of the best canvases we have for custom branding. Our in-house design and print team can produce anything from a logo panel to a full graphic wrap, and we install and remove it ourselves.
