Planning a corporate event in Toronto
Start with who is coming
A room of colleagues who know each other wants competition: casino, arcade, a game show. A room of clients or strangers wants easy, low-pressure activities: a photo booth, the Glambot, giant games. Mixed groups do best with one main attraction and two smaller stations.
We are not an event planner or a venue. We bring the entertainment, set it up, staff it and take it away, and we work alongside your venue and your planner if you have one.

It depends on the activities, hours and guest count. Orders start at $1,500 plus HST, including delivery, setup, staffing and pickup. Holiday parties from mid-November to Christmas have a $3,000 plus HST minimum.
Are you insured for corporate venues?
Yes. We carry $5 million in liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance for your venue free of charge.
Do you work outside Toronto?
Yes. We cover Toronto and the GTA, the Golden Horseshoe, and travel Canada-wide for larger events.
