Host a casino night
Blackjack, roulette, craps and poker tables run by professional dealers, played with fun money. At the end, guests trade their chips for raffle tickets and you give away prizes. It gives everyone a reason to join in, even the people who never dance.
SuitsLarger parties at a venue or a big office floor.

Put your logo on a photo booth
An enclosed photo booth with prints branded to your company, so everyone goes home with a souvenir of the night. Our in-house branding team designs the print layout.
SuitsAny size. Works in a boardroom or a ballroom.

Let the photographer come to them
The Nomad roaming photo experience moves through the room instead of waiting in a corner, which catches the people who would never line up for a booth.
SuitsMingling parties and cocktail-style receptions.

Roll out the red carpet
A red carpet step and repeat with your logo turns arrival into an event, and gives you photos to share internally after the party.
SuitsFormal or awards-style year-end parties.

Turn the office into a retro arcade
Full-size arcade games such as Space Invaders Frenzy, Guitar Hero, a claw machine and a boxing machine. A little friendly competition breaks the ice between teams that rarely talk.

Add a VR simulator
A virtual reality roller coaster simulator and other VR games give guests something they have not tried at an office party before.

Planning
Planning your office Christmas party
In the office or at a venue?
Both work. An in-office party is easier for staff and avoids renting a room. We deliver up freight elevators, set up after hours or over a lunch break, and pack out the same night so the desks are back by morning.
A venue gives you more space for a dance floor or a full casino. We are not a venue ourselves, so if you are still choosing one, book it first and bring us in once the room is set.
Five things to sort out early
- Date and timing, including when the building allows load-in and load-out
- Guest count, so we can size the casino tables, games or photo booth
- Room size, where the power is, and elevator access
- Whether your venue or building needs a certificate of insurance
- Your logo, if you want branded prints, tables or signage
Every booking includes
- Delivery, setup and pickup by our own crew
- Staff to run each activity, from casino dealers to game show hosts
- $5 million liability insurance, with a free certificate of insurance for your venue
- In-house branding if you want your logo on the activities
Holiday party minimum $3,000 + HST
Mid-November to Christmas. $1,500 + HST the rest of the year.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What are good office Christmas party ideas?
Activities that get people mixing work best: a casino night, a branded photo booth, a retro arcade, giant games, a game show or AI caricatures. Pick one main attraction and one or two smaller stations so there is always something to do.
How much does an office Christmas party cost?
It depends on the activities, your guest count and how many hours you need. Holiday party orders from mid-November to Christmas have a $3,000 plus HST minimum, which includes delivery, setup, staffing and pickup. Our prices stay the same; the minimum rises because that is our busiest stretch of the year. Earlier in November, or for January celebrations, orders start at $1,500 plus HST.
Can you set up the party in our office?
Yes. We deliver into offices across Toronto, work to your building rules and elevator booking, and pack out the same night.
Do you provide the venue or the food?
No. We supply the entertainment, not the room or the catering.
Can you put our logo on the activities?
Yes. Our in-house branding team can add your logo to photo booth prints, the red carpet backdrop and more. Branding is quoted separately.
Do you do holiday parties outside Toronto?
Yes. We cover Toronto and the GTA, the Golden Horseshoe, and travel Canada-wide for larger events.
When should we book?
As soon as you have a date and a venue, so the activities you want are still available.
Ready to plan this year's party?
Send us your date, guest count and venue. We will come back with options, pricing and everything we need from your building.
