Question 2

How far in advance should I book event rentals in Toronto?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking as early as possible, since popular dates and high-demand items like photo booths, casino tables and inflatables sell out fastest in peak season. That said, Abbey Road runs 1,200+ events a year and can often accommodate short-notice requests across the GTA.

Question 3

Do you deliver party rentals across the GTA and Ontario?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Abbey Road Entertainment is based in North York and delivers party and event rentals across Toronto, the entire GTA and all of Ontario. We also travel out of province for larger events, including Montreal and Quebec City: honestly, we can go anywhere; budget is the only factor.

Question 4

Do you set up and take down the equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Abbey Road's team handles delivery, professional setup and teardown for your event, so your staff and guests never have to lift a thing. Our attendants make sure everything is installed safely and running before your event begins. Delivery is added on top of the rental prices, and the delivery fee counts toward our $1,500 minimum order.

Question 5

Is there a minimum order for booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Abbey Road Entertainment has a minimum order of $1,500 to book with us.

Question 6

Do you provide staff or attendants for the rentals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of Abbey Road's rentals are available fully staffed with trained attendants on request (including game hosts, professional casino dealers and photo booth operators) so your event runs smoothly from start to finish. Please note that for many products and services, hosts and attendants are not automatically included and would be hired through us.

Question 7

What are Abbey Road Entertainment's hours?

Accepted Answer

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM. The office is closed on weekends, but our events run seven days a week, so Saturday and Sunday events across Toronto and the GTA are always fully covered.

Question 8

Can you handle last-minute or short-notice events?

Accepted Answer

Although it's best to book with ample notice, with 18+ years of experience and a large in-house inventory of 300+ rentals, Abbey Road can frequently accommodate short-notice bookings. Contact us at 416-663-3222 and we'll tell you right away what's available for your date.

Question 10

What happens if it rains at an outdoor event?

Accepted Answer

For weather-sensitive rentals like inflatables, Abbey Road works with you on timing and backup options to keep your event on track. To move the date under our rain policy, we require an email with your intention at least 48 hours before your event setup time.

Question 11

How much space and power do the rentals need?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the items. Each Abbey Road product page lists dimensions and power requirements where applicable. Share your venue details and our team will confirm everything fits the space and has adequate power before your event.

Question 12

How much does it cost to rent party equipment in Toronto?

Accepted Answer

Party rental pricing depends on the items, quantity, staffing, delivery location and event length, so we quote every event individually. Build a quote on our website or call 416-663-3222 for exact pricing. Events typically range from $1,500 to $15,000+.
