About this rental

What better way to make a grand surprise entrance than with a Giant Pop-Out Cake Rental. This cake is fully customizable to be decorated to suit any occasion. It can hold a person up to 6′ 5″ in height and has a weight capacity of 250 lbs. There are wheels to create easy mobility and make the cake lightweight to roll out the surprise guest! There is a built-in seat for your surprise person to sit while guests wait with anticipation. Great for birthday parties, anniversaries, or any general surprise celebrations. Do you install the decor, or is it dropped off for us to arrange?
Our full-service rental includes delivery, installation and strike. Our team places and installs everything and returns after the event to remove it, so your venue is left clean and your staff aren't stacking décor at midnight.
Can Giant Pop-Out Cake be matched to our colours or event theme?
Tell us your theme, colour palette or brand guidelines when you request a quote and we'll tell you exactly what can be matched and what's fixed. We'd rather set expectations honestly than promise a colour we can't deliver.
How early do you set up, and when do you strike?
We schedule around your venue's access window, not the other way around: décor is usually installed well before doors open and struck after guests leave. Give us your venue's load-in and load-out times when booking and we'll build the schedule around them.
Can we add our logo or custom graphics to the décor?
In many cases, yes, custom branding is produced in-house by our own design and print team, from simple logo elements through to full custom graphics. Ask us about this specific item and we'll tell you what it can carry.
Is this a rental or do we keep it?
It's a rental: the pieces come back to us after the event, which is exactly why it's an affordable way to transform a room you're only using for one night. If you want something produced to keep, ask us and we'll quote that separately.
