Celebrate a relaxing night with the team with our virtual paint night! Sit back, relax and enjoy a cocktail while our talented artist shows you just how to create a beautiful masterpiece. This experience includes a step-by-step demonstration by an elite instructor. This is not paint by numbers but everyone will receive a blank canvas. Even the most novice guest will be impressed with what they were able to accomplish. Virtual paint nights translate really well to virtual and are tried tested and true. Zoom paint night for corporate events are an amazing way to bring your group together.

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver, set up and take down Virtual Paint Night, or do we do it ourselves?

Our full-service rental includes delivery, professional setup and takedown at the end of your event. Our crew handles the whole thing, so nothing lands on you or your venue staff. A limited range of items is also available for self-pickup if you'd rather collect and return it yourself.

Can Virtual Paint Night be used outdoors?

Many of our rentals work indoors or outdoors, but outdoor use depends on the surface, weather and whether the item can be protected from sun and rain. Tell us your venue and setup location when you request a quote and we'll confirm what's safe for your date.

How far in advance should we book Virtual Paint Night?

The earlier the better. We run over 1,200 events a year and popular items book out fastest in peak season and around the December holidays. That said, short-notice events are a big part of what we do, so it's always worth asking; if it's available, we'll make it happen.

Can we add our company logo or branding to Virtual Paint Night?

In most cases, yes. Custom branding is done entirely in-house. Our own designers and print/install team handle everything from a simple logo panel to a full wrap, and we install and remove it ourselves so nothing is left to a third party. Ask us when you request your quote and we'll tell you exactly what this item can carry.

Do you provide staff to run Virtual Paint Night during the event?

Attendants and event staff are available on request for most rentals. Some items genuinely run themselves and some are much better with someone there to keep guests moving and the experience running smoothly. Tell us your event format and we'll recommend what's actually needed rather than upselling you.
