Renting on a smaller budget? Try self-pickup

Around 95% of our customers choose full service: it’s what Abbey Road is built for, and it’s how we make sure everything arrives, gets set up, and runs perfectly. If you’re working with a smaller budget, though, self-pickup is available on a select range of items.

Our full-service minimum is $1,500 + HST, and that already includes a delivery, setup & pickup fee of around $699. With self-pickup you collect and return the items yourself, so you skip that fee and can rent for less:

Before you leave with your rentals, we test everything to make sure it’s working and ready to play. Just note that self-pickup items aren’t covered by our warranty, once they’re in your care, you’re responsible for any damage that happens.

On rare occasions we can make an exception and allow pickup of items that aren’t normally eligible, though this would involve additional steps such as trucking, a deposit, sign-offs, and a business credit check.

We recommend booking as early as possible, since popular dates and high-demand items like photo booths, casino tables and inflatables sell out fastest in peak season. That said, Abbey Road runs 1,200+ events a year and can often accommodate short-notice requests across the GTA.

Yes. Abbey Road Entertainment is based in North York and delivers party and event rentals across Toronto, the entire GTA and all of Ontario. We also travel out of province for larger events, including Montreal and Quebec City: honestly, we can go anywhere; budget is the only factor.

Yes, Abbey Road's team handles delivery, professional setup and teardown for your event, so your staff and guests never have to lift a thing. Our attendants make sure everything is installed safely and running before your event begins. Delivery is an additional cost and not included automatically.

Yes, Abbey Road Entertainment has a minimum order of $1,500 to book with us.

Yes. Many of Abbey Road's rentals are available fully staffed with trained attendants on request (including game hosts, professional casino dealers and photo booth operators) so your event runs smoothly from start to finish. Please note that for many products and services, hosts and attendants are not automatically included and would be hired through us.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM. The office is closed on weekends, but our events run seven days a week, so Saturday and Sunday events across Toronto and the GTA are always fully covered.

Although it's best to book with ample notice, with 18+ years of experience and a large in-house inventory of 300+ rentals, Abbey Road can frequently accommodate short-notice bookings. Contact us at 416-663-3222 and we'll tell you right away what's available for your date.

Yes. Abbey Road Entertainment equips both indoor and outdoor events, from offices, ballrooms and hotels to parks, festivals and parking lots throughout Ontario. Share your venue details and we'll recommend the rentals that best fit your space.

For weather-sensitive rentals like inflatables, Abbey Road works with you on timing and backup options to keep your event on track. To move the date under our rain policy, we require an email with your intention at least 48 hours before your event setup time.

It depends on the items. Each Abbey Road product page lists dimensions and power requirements where applicable. Share your venue details and our team will confirm everything fits the space and has adequate power before your event.
