- 01Minimum order
- Full-service bookings start at $1,500 + HST. Final pricing scales with your guest count and the services you choose.
- 02Delivery, setup & strike
- We deliver, set up and take everything away again. Delivery is quoted by distance: Toronto and the GTA, the Golden Horseshoe, and Canada-wide when needed.
- 03Staffing
- Games attendants, casino dealers, game-show hosts, bartenders and performers can be added to any booking, as a paid add-on quoted with your package.
- 04Insurance
- We carry a $5,000,000 liability policy and provide certificates of insurance to your venue or building at no cost.
- 05Custom branding
- Our in-house design and print team can add your logo, colours or a full wrap to photo booths, backdrops, casino felts and many of our games. Custom branding is a separate service and carries an additional fee, quoted per item.
- 06One supplier
- Over 350 rentals and services across 18 categories, so the games, décor, AV, staff and talent all arrive from one team on one invoice.

Carnival Games
Carnival and midway games are the heart of a school fun fair. Kids buy a strip of tickets, play a round and win a prize, and the line keeps moving. School fun fairs
The best school fun fairs mix three things: carnival games for prizes, one or two bigger attractions that draw a crowd, and fun food. Plan enough stations that no line takes more than a few minutes, and put the bigger attractions where parents can watch from the barbecue.
Fundraisers, spirit weeks and play days
Ticket-based carnival games and fun food are the easiest money makers, because the school keeps the ticket sales. Spirit weeks and play days suit giant games, inflatable sports challenges and a DJ at lunch.
Movie nights, dances and grad
Family movie nights on the field, dances in the gym and grad celebrations each need their own setup. We bring the screen, the sound and the lights, and work around custodial schedules and gym bookings.
What schools and boards ask for
Most boards and parent councils ask for the same things before they book: a certificate of insurance, attendants for anything kids climb on or play inside, and setup that does not interfere with the school day. We are used to all of it, and we work with school purchase orders.
Many boards do not allow dunk tanks, bubble soccer, inflatable trampolines or mechanical bulls at school events, so we never suggest them for schools.
