Frequently asked questions

Does a technician come with the equipment?

Technicians are available on request, and for anything involving live presenters, multiple sources or a running show, we'd recommend it. Someone on site who knows the gear is the difference between a hiccup nobody notices and a room full of people watching a black screen.

Do you handle setup, cabling and a sound/tech check before the event?

Yes, delivery, setup, cable management and testing are part of the full-service rental. We build in time to test everything before doors open rather than while guests are arriving.

Will it work with our venue's existing system and our presenters' laptops?

Integration with a venue's in-house system depends on the venue. Put us in touch with your venue's AV contact or send their tech specs and we'll sort out the connections in advance instead of on the day.

Can you support a full programme: presentations, video, live sound?

Yes. Tell us your run of show (speakers, videos, music, awards, panel) and we'll spec what's actually required rather than a generic package.

How much setup time do you need at the venue?

It depends on the scale of the setup and the venue's access. Give us your venue's load-in window when booking and we'll schedule around it.
