About this rental

One of our most popular and sought-after services, Red Carpet Photography (Also referred to as Step and Repeat Photography) will enhance all facets of your event. We will work with you to design a custom Step and Repeat media wall to serve as a staging area, and background for photos of your guests. Step and Repeats are a mainstay at red carpet photography events such as TIFF, various fashions shows, and other high profile events. Bring the glamour of the red carpet to your gala event, corporate party, wedding, or private function! We use our state of the art professional photographic equipment to capture your guests in all their glory, and then print photo-lab quality photos on-site for your guests to keep as mementos. Frequently asked questions

Do you install the decor, or is it dropped off for us to arrange?
Our full-service rental includes delivery, installation and strike. Our team places and installs everything and returns after the event to remove it, so your venue is left clean and your staff aren't stacking décor at midnight.
Can Red Carpet – Step and Repeat Photography be matched to our colours or event theme?
Tell us your theme, colour palette or brand guidelines when you request a quote and we'll tell you exactly what can be matched and what's fixed. We'd rather set expectations honestly than promise a colour we can't deliver.
How early do you set up, and when do you strike?
We schedule around your venue's access window, not the other way around: décor is usually installed well before doors open and struck after guests leave. Give us your venue's load-in and load-out times when booking and we'll build the schedule around them.
Can we add our logo or custom graphics to the décor?
In many cases, yes, custom branding is produced in-house by our own design and print team, from simple logo elements through to full custom graphics. Ask us about this specific item and we'll tell you what it can carry.
Is this a rental or do we keep it?
It's a rental: the pieces come back to us after the event, which is exactly why it's an affordable way to transform a room you're only using for one night. If you want something produced to keep, ask us and we'll quote that separately.
