- 01Minimum order
- Holiday party orders from mid-November to Christmas have a $3,000 + HST minimum. Our prices stay the same; the minimum rises because demand peaks. The rest of the year, full-service bookings start at $1,500 + HST.
- 02Delivery, setup & strike
- We deliver, set up and take everything away again. Delivery is quoted by distance: Toronto and the GTA, the Golden Horseshoe, and Canada-wide when needed.
- 03Staffing
- Games attendants, casino dealers, game-show hosts, bartenders and performers can be added to any booking, as a paid add-on quoted with your package.
- 04Insurance
- We carry a $5,000,000 liability policy and provide certificates of insurance to your venue or building at no cost.
- 05Custom branding
- Our in-house design and print team can add your logo, colours or a full wrap to photo booths, backdrops, casino felts and many of our games. Custom branding is a separate service and carries an additional fee, quoted per item.
- 06One supplier
- Over 350 rentals and services across 18 categories, so the games, décor, AV, staff and talent all arrive from one team on one invoice.

December books out earlier than any other month of our year, and the reason is that a Christmas party is judged more harshly than any other corporate event. Everyone is there, everyone remembers it, and the bar was set by last year.
Holiday party ideas that work in a real room
The most requested holiday party idea we supply is a casino night. Guests get funny money, professional dealers run authentic blackjack, roulette and poker tables, and a prize draw closes the evening. It fills the awkward hour between dinner and dancing better than anything else, and it gives people who do not dance something to do.
After that: a branded photo booth, which is the only part of the night guests take home; an arcade takeover on free play for an eighties or nineties theme; LED Game Rentals such as light-up ping pong and cornhole for a modern look in a dark room; and DJ Services with an LED dance floor to end it.
Office Christmas party rentals
If the party is happening in your own office rather than a venue, everything has to fit around desks, a passenger lift and a building manager. That is routine for us: compact pieces work best, we protect the route in, and we strike the same night so the floor is usable in the morning.
Entertainment ideas for a corporate holiday party
A hosted game show is the strongest choice when there are speeches to get through: it gives the evening a shape, it can be written around the company's own year, and it puts departments on teams that do not normally sit together. No. We are an entertainment and rental supplier, not a venue and not a planning agency. If you are still searching for a room, book it first and then talk to us: the space decides what will fit.
When should we book a Christmas party?
Early autumn for a December date, and earlier than that for the second week of December, which is the single busiest week of our year. Late bookings are possible whenever inventory and crew allow, but the most-requested pieces go first.
